Todd Graham, CMC, CRP, President
Todd started work in the family business in 1984 as part time help in the local plumbing store and continued in the plumbing branch until leaving for college. After attending West Chester University in West Chester, PA, he returned in 1991 to work full time at AE Nationwide in the Customer Service Department. In his time with the company Todd has held various positions as is common in family businesses. His positions included Service Technician, Dispatcher, Operations Manager, Sales, Treasurer and finally his current position of President.
He is married and the father of 3 children. Todd is a die-hard hockey fan and an enthusiastic Black Belt in Karate.

Mark Eschbacher, CMC, CCA, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Although Mark is the newest member of the AE Worldwide Management Team, he is no stranger to the Relocation industry. Following his graduation with honors from Montclair State University with a BS in Business Administration, Mark began working in his family’s sub-contract packing company. This evolved over the next twenty years into the moving side of the business with ownership in his family's four Mayflower Transit agencies located in the Northeast.
In 1999 Mark joined Household Movers Services and was appointed President four years later. Following the merger with AE Worldwide, Mark now manages the company Sales and Marketing efforts. As both a CMC and CCA, Mark has presented numerous programs at different industry meetings. He was appointed to the AMSA Board of Directors in April, 2007 and serves as Chairman of the AMSA Supplier Committee. He was also recently appointed to the AMSA Directors Review Panel.
Mark and his wife Marie, who is a RN for a local hospital system, have been married for 28 years and have 3 children. In his free time Mark enjoys golf, the Yankees, and family vacations on Cape Cod.

George D'Andrea, CMC, CRP, Vice President of Business Development
After serving in the Army’s “Old Guard” unit in Washington, DC, George began his career in the Moving Industry as an over-the-road driver in 1974. He then purchased the agency which represented Engel Van Lines and later American Red Ball. In 1989, upon selling the agency, George joined a New Jersey based Bekins agency in a Sales capacity. After 8 years of selling all types of relocation services, he went to work for AE Worldwide. George has held varied responsibilities including Sales, Business Operations and Development, as well as his current role heading up our Customer Service Department. His professional attitude and attention to detail make George a valuable asset to both AE Worldwide and the customers he serves.

George Keyes, CMC, CRP, Regional Sales Director
George has been with the AE Worldwide Sales and Management team since 1997. He took a two year hiatus from AE and served the Moving and Relocation industry as Manager for the Weichert Gold Service Move Management Program. Upon his return, he has held a management position in the Quality Control Department and currently is part of the AE Worldwide Sales Management team as a Regional Sales Director. His extensive contacts and experience with Movers and Relocation companies throughout the United States makes him a natural ambassador to bring the AE Worldwide “Specialized Service” message to the industry. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University. He earned his Certified Moving Consultant and Certified Relocation Professional status from the American Moving and Storage Association and Employee Relocation Council, respectively.
He is married to Joan and has 4 married daughters and 6 grandchildren. He enjoys golf, softball and most of all the grandkids!

Dennis Esernia, CMC, Regional Sales Director
Dennis joined AE Worldwide in the Fall of 2004. Previously, he spent the past 20 years working for the Corporate offices of Allied and Mayflower Van Lines as a Regional Sales Director. Most recently, he worked for Atlas Van Lines recruiting new agents on the East coast. His initial foray into the Transportation field came at an early age as he worked for his family's freight company in Connecticut, serving in various Sales and Operational capacities. Dennis has attended numerous Sales and Quality Performance seminars and programs over the years, and incorporates this training into his role at AE. He is a graduate of Marquette University.
Dennis is married and has 2 children.
