All technicians undergo an initial 14 day hands on training program. Additionally, the contractors accompany the trainer to customers’ homes and, while serving as an assistant, gain on the job experience with customers and technical situations under controlled conditions. Each contractor returns to our training center twice annually for continuing educational, technical, and customer relation sessions.

The following represents a sampling of items contained in the training center for hands on activities:
Appliances: 14 front & top load washers, 2 dryers, 3 refrigerator icemakers
Clocks: 2 grandfather clocks with chimes, 1 wall clock, 1 mantle clock
Crating: 5 animal trophies, assorted marble, paintings, glass tops, furniture items
Electrical: 5 chandeliers (1 on vaulted ceiling), 2 ceiling fans, 1 electrical panel
Electronic: 1 surround sound system
Exercise: 2 universal gym systems, 1 treadmill, I Stairmaster
Flooring: Hardwood, tile, and linoleum surfaces to practice on
Furniture: 2 Pier-group beds, 2 waterbeds, 2 Murphy beds, 2 wall units
Miscellaneous: 2 removable house windows
Pianos: 1 Baby grand, 1 upright piano
Plasma TV: 1 42” wall-mounted plasma
Playground: 1 rainbow swing set, 1 trampoline

A multi-media classroom is also utilized to complete the training process.
